$@#$@#% MSN Messenger Spam!

i’m no longer using MSN instant messenger as an available IM service. my philosophy up to now has been to be open to all IM services using a client that covers all of the majors at once. (Adium)

Recently Microsoft made a change that turns on a setting within MSN IM to allow anyone to send you a message regardless if you’ve given them permission. Unfortunately, Adium… the IM client I use does not support the ability to turn this new ‘feature’ off.

So… it’s official… I quit. I’ve got like 5 other IM services I use… if you can’t find me, tough cookies.
